see all reviewsStretching was very relaxing and it was a good atmosphere. This class is good for beginners , nothing intense. The room wasn’t that warm like heated room, more like normal temperature. The instructor gave very clear instructions and was teaching very slowly. I’d go back again whenever I need a day to relax, but normally I prefer a bit intense deep stretch class.
