see all reviewsThe vibes were very good in this class and the atmosphere was interesting with the screens and lights being jungle themed. The focus was on listening to your body and turning inwards, rather than comparing your practice to others -- which I really appreciated. The flow provided a good stretch and was a nice pace, I left feeling very relaxed. The class was small and the other participants were really friendly after. Will definitely be returning here!
