see all reviewsThe class was fun and you'll definitely work up a sweat. Although Renee gave cues, it's a go at your own pace class so it's beginner friendly. If you've never done spin, get there a few minutes early to get help adjusting your bike. The bikes seems a bit worn and in need of attention but the enthusiasm of the class and instructor made up for it.
