I have an incredibly volatile work schedule and cannot commit to any cyclebar packages - classpass has been a way for me to enjoy the classes when i can. Look i get it its a business but hell I'd be down to spend more classpass points to get access to those other classes thats how much i love this studio.

The space is always clean, welcoming and full of people wanting to connect through yoga and beyond. The Up Dog community is the safest and most welcome I have ever felt in a studio. From the people who practice there, to the volunteers, to the teachers who all have impeccable sequencing and music. I cannot suggest this space enough whether you are passing through and/or grounding down long term.

see all reviewsThis is the place to be on Tuesday nights. Seriously, Maxie is the best boxing coach in the DMV and the community in this space is the most supportive I’ve ever experienced. You can come with zero knowledge and you will leave with fundamentals explained and demonstrated and drilled. Other classes just incorporate punches into a workout, but here, you are learning the REAL DEAL.
