see all reviewsI’ve been doing 90-minute hot yoga sessions twice a week for the past year, and this practice has become a core part of my routine. While my usual instructor is Shannon, I recently took a class with Anne Marie, and it was fantastic. I really appreciated her gentle, calming energy throughout the session. She has a great way of guiding you through the poses, making the practice feel both challenging and restorative. It’s refreshing to experience different teaching styles, and Anne Marie’s approach brought a new sense of peace to the class. Highly recommend!

see all reviewsThis class was fantastic. Coach Brittany’s energy sets the tone for an upbeat and team-oriented class. Everyone welcomed me in right away—tons of support and high-fives. The leg workout was a complete burner. I walked out with a sense of accomplishment and into Kroger afterwards like a spaghetti noodle. The results also reflect in my fitness tracker. And, there are always heavier weights and more difficult modifications as I progress. I’ll definitely be back.

see all reviewsFirst, Jeff was AMAZING! This was my first time doing Hot Yoga. He was so welcoming, explained what to expect in detail, then throughly walked and motivated us throughout the entire session. It was definitely HOT, but I wasn’t overwhelmed like I half expected to be. In fact, it was great muscle smoother and allowed me to slide into the stretches beyond my norm. Will def try it out again!
