see all reviewsOh my GOD. Where has this class been hiding all my life?! Just one class in and I’m already hooked. Far and away the best traditional Pilates class I’ve ever taken. Better than solidcore. Better than SLT. I was shaking, but in a way where I could actually push myself rather than feeling inadequate. Loved the intimacy of the space — allowed the instructor to tailor her comments to each individual. Felt very seen, taken care of, and challenged. HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking to up their Pilates game.

I’ve taken well over 500 classes and used to be athlete level fit before I had a baby and the journey to get back into shape has been really tough for me. Adams class was incredible— impeccable form and instruction, with a level of challenge that could be adjusted and everyone left sweating. I’m def going to say Adam is top 10 instructors in NYC, period.

see all reviewsFlow with Mikee is fantastic! I’ve been doing yoga for years & have gone to dozens of studios in NY & BK. He’s a true gem! Highly recommend. My only critic is the studio itself... I find the Crunch studio incredibly cold for its yoga classes. To the point of being uncomfortable. I really wish they would turn off the air & fans for the yoga classes.

see all reviewsThis was a good class. The folks at the studio were really lovely, the studio was cool, particularly the blacklight, mats and towels are included, they have an innovative studio entry / exit system, nice showers, all of it. I didnt love the hip hop during class - never enjoy that during yoga - but otherwise quite good. The flow was FAST. Very fast. Gotta know what youre doing. Also, the room felt hotter than your average hot yoga studio.

see all reviewsThe thing I love about sweat 440 is that you can do your own thing and there isn’t an instructor yelling at you. The past two times I’ve been there is a new woman there who just walks around the studio yelling over and over, “You’ve got this !” and it’s very impersonal and robotic. It’s annoying me to the point that I’m getting turned off by the gym. I liked my first few experiences there where the instructors walked around to make sure you were ok & corrected if needed, didn’t just walk around yelling the same thing over and over without even really paying attention to what’s going on. I don’t think anybody really appreciates it.
