    IN PERSON Pilates - ANNEX

Taranee was great! I found her cueing so helpful. it was clear, and explained the exercise well. the class included some really good stretches too. my only challenge is with the space. I love the location. I find the floors very unforgiving. maybe I need to use 2 mats...

    Reformer Body Sculpt

I don’t know why there are even any negative comments about the reformer class. I loved the class with Erin and she has such clear instructions. The pace is a little different from places like Lagree but I find the targeting of the muscles- especially the intrinsic ones was amazing here. It was as though Erin had eavesdropped into my physiotherapist’s recommendations. Thanks for a wonderful class. Will be back

    (Studio) Stretch & Release

There was plenty of space to spread out my arms and legs which was very rare for a yoga studio. I was actually able to relax and connect with my inner self thanks to that. I like the instructor and her choice of the cork floor. I also enjoyed the fact that the studio has many windows and plenty of natural light. The change room was spacious and clean.
