Deep Stretch Flow (Red Light Therapy)

Taking this class at Upeksha was truly a magical experience. The space itself felt almost otherworldly, with a soft, glowing energy that instantly wrapped around me the moment I walked in. There was something strangely ethereal about it, like stepping into a sacred little portal tucked away from the rest of the world. The atmosphere was warm, grounding, and charged with a quiet kind of magic that made everything feel intentional and alive. Jade held the room with such grace and presence, guiding us in a way that felt intuitive and healing. It wasn’t just a yoga class—it was a full-body, full-heart experience that left me feeling clearer, lighter, and more connected than I have in a while.

    Introductory Suspension Yoga

Wonderful Experience with Suspension Yoga! Tried suspension yoga for the first time and absolutely loved it! The instructor provided perfect guidance throughout, making it a very friendly and welcoming experience for newcomers. I was surprised by how many postures I was able to try—some I never imagined I could do! Highly recommend for anyone looking to try something new and engaging.

    Adult Parkour

Finally found time for my first parkour class! As a chronic geriatric couch potato, I was petrified yet still want to try . I must say the warm up was a killer, too much cardio for me but I suppose it was necessary. The instructor and the other more advanced students were very patient while I take lots of time to grasp some of the most basic concepts. And probably screamed too much. I am very surprised that so much was taught in the first class and I even got to scale a wall (how to come down was a diff story 😱) overall I enjoyed this class and am gonna find more time to come as much as I can!

Excellent experience with a very technical Kru. Great attention to detail, helped to improve my jab, cross and hook, as well as teep and round house kicks. He was very focused on stance and foot work. He even noticed my head positioning , ensuring all of the strikes listed above were done with optimal head position , focused forward with chin tucked.

    Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals

It was an amazing experience to expose to Jiu Jitsu the first time. The instructor explained clearly the purpose of the training and demonstrated precisely the do's and don'ts. Although I'm a newbie, I learned some foundation moves from practicing with more experienced students and close supervision of the instructor. I felt safe and enjoyed the training a lot. The studio was spacious and well padded. I highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to explore different types of martial arts on the market. I attended the beginner Tai Chi class and found it to be very relaxing and informative. By the time I left I felt like I had completely let go of my worries and racing mind and was so much more present. I wasn’t sure what to wear but comfortable clothes and socks are fine. No shoes required. You don’t get sweaty as it’s a slow moving class. (Only the Sunday morning classes are outside)
