Beginner Tai Chi
see all reviewsI attended the beginner Tai Chi class and found it to be very relaxing and informative. By the time I left I felt like I had completely let go of my worries and racing mind and was so much more present. I wasn’t sure what to wear but comfortable clothes and socks are fine. No shoes required. You don’t get sweaty as it’s a slow moving class. (Only the Sunday morning classes are outside)
