Swedish Massage (Call or Text Before Booking)

Massage was overall very good and the masseuse really focused on the areas that i asked them to. The only things are the commute there was so crazy with the traffic and the parking is not the best. It was very full, but thankfully i was able to find a spot. They also sent someone down to bring you up which is nice. The studio itself is very clean and everyone was kind and professional. It was just a bit far for me to commute to and i didn’t realize there would be so much traffic. Overall, a great place to get a massage 💆🏻‍♀️

Diana was amazing, she’s so funny and I felt like she was my auntie who wants the best for me. My facial was relaxing and she really customized it towards my skin. She explained to me the different packages that the studio has for better deals, but never pressured me to get it. Can’t wait to come back again for another facial!

    STRONG Body (Flow)

Super clear instructions and queuing. Also a big fan of this instructors energy. Very encouraging and outgoing while still keeping a calm and cool delivery of the class. (I find a lot of instructors can’t find this balance and end up becoming either a kindergarten teacher or military sargent). Will be back 👌🏻

Red Light Therapy | Single Session

The staff were very friendly, she explained everything before I got in. She welcomed all my questions, like if it tans you haha (you don’t). It’s not a tanning bed clearly, but I was wondering. You get to choose which wavelength you want, and I went with the “pain” one which goes the deepest to heal your muscles while also doubling up for your skin. I did a workout before going in and I actually did feel like my muscles were less sore. Not sure if it’s placebo but it was pretty relaxing! I did start sweating a bit though 😂 would love to try the other services at the Sweat and Tonic Spa
