    初めてこちらのCrossFitクラスに参加しましたが、大満足でした!💪✨ The coach gave very clear and detailed explanations for each movement, so even beginners can feel confident. They also checked our form carefully, making sure we were training safely and effectively. The atmosphere at the box is very welcoming and friendly, thanks to both the coach and the members. Everyone was so supportive, and we could **push each other to do our best!**🔥 It was a full-body workout that really made me feel the burn, and the sense of accomplishment after finishing was amazing! If you’re looking for a great place to train and challenge yourself, I highly recommend this class. Can’t wait to join again! 😊

    初めて日本にCrossfit boxの体験でした!!そしてはじめてのロープクライムやってみました。優しく親切なコーチたちに教えてもらいました。すごくいいところので、初心者にもいけます!This place was my first crossfit box in Tokyo, the vibes and community are so welcoming! It was also my first time doing rope climb but the coaches there were all patient and nice in teaching the technique. Definitely would recommend anyone of any level to come try crossfit ikebukuro!
