45 Min. Tru Hot Pilates Express

This was my first class here (and first hot Pilates class ever actually) and it was amazing! The front desk staff was very welcoming and offered me a complimentary sweat towel and face towel since it was my first class (I read the fine print before and brought my own mat). The locker rooms were nice and spacious. I walked into the sweat room and WHEW, immediately started sweating. Cynthia was a great instructor and asked who was new so she could tell us where to go to get our equipment. The actual class was so much fun. It was challenging but Cynthia gave clear instructions and is super inspiring with how freaking strong she is. The pacing and modifications made it doable even though it was difficult. And OMG the “high” after class. I was riding high for at least an hour afterwards, like buzzing with endorphins. I will be back for that feeling!

Enjoyed the class and liked that you could scale it based on how much weight you used. Instructor is really involved and watching everyone’s form to correct if needed. Love the emphasis on choosing the weight you want/feel is best, whereas most gyms/fitness classes push you to always go heavier.

    REVOLUTIONS - COMMUNITY CLASS

Ankit was great! I enjoyed being a part of his first class at Uforia and loved his chill but energetic vibes (not screamy, aggressive or boring, dead) and especially loved his dance moves on the floor! He was silly and encouraging and really fun to be part of his class! I’d take his class again!

    Team Conditioning (Open to All)

Took my 1st class here and it was a fun class! As others commented, you can sense there’s camaraderie b/w coaches and members and all were welcoming. I’m currently with another studio doing HIIT workouts but I came here solely for Team Conditioning to get a good mix of rowing and ski erg along with HIIT workouts. My takeaway is for those that are new to HIIT workouts, it may be better to join the Wed Conditioning class since the Sat one is literally a “team”workout where you’re divided into a team and compete. And all present were competitive!

Great structure of the class and a good all body workout that you can tailor to your levels of strength and how you’re feeling on the day. Only frustrating thing was people were chatting with the teacher for most of the class, and it was super distracting. Would be fab to have louder music and less random chat!

Darlene was friendly with positive energy. She explained and demonstrated each exercise and also provided modifications. I thought the class was well paced. It's great for all levels; you can modify the intensity depending on your fitness level.

Anna was a wonderful instructor! Patient with new members! I had a wonderful experience with her. The session was pretty intense and it took me a few days to recover! (Exactly what I needed). However, you can train at your own pace. Very enjoyable first cross-training experience!

Great tough work out. A little awkward to find your way and get started as a new person to the studio and/or CrossFit but instructor did a great job within the set up they have of helping keep things going and was very friendly. Even if youre familiar with lifting, I would still suggest their intro classe/s as crossfit is just logistically different and has its own flow. Will definitely look into coming back!
