    I normally go to Core40, Bodyrok, and Lagreefit415, but change around for the instructor. Not only is Lisa an amazing instructor who challenges you, she also keeps the class really fun with her energy. These machines also feel smoother than Core40/LF415 but more supporting than Bodyrok.

    This is an amazing workout. the circuits are challenging, and you can always make it harder or easier as needed. Daivya is so creative in creating interesting and challenging exercises each time. it's never boring! she's also incredible at motivating you when you need it. I highly recommend!
