    booty & ab LAB

    The ab and booty burn Pilates class felt so good and I was thoroughly challenged. Jenn was a great instructor and I felt like the class was definitely intermediate-to-advanced level but she was giving options to make it less intense, which was nice. I loved every minute of it and I was shaking by the end of it. I would absolutely book again and again!

    Tough workout feels so good! Although the instructor encourages using the recommended resistance settings, Im going to adjust for my newbie self next class. I want to use the full range of motion with control instead of reducing my range of motion to accommodate the load.
