see all reviewsI had a membership to a different location F45 before the pandemic. It was nice to be back. There are all kinds of new toys! And new exercises. Staff was friendly. Natalie made sure I knew how to use each new piece of equipment & had modifications for my injuries. Loved it.

see all reviewsLoved the class today with the live DJ but even with the earplugs it is really loud. I wish they’d turn down the volume to what osha sets at max safety, it’s definitely above that . Really enjoy this studio!

see all reviewsThe place in general is huge, recommend getting there a little earlier to find parking (I found it on the street)& figure it out if you haven’t been before . You go through the main entrance all the way back until you see the rock climbing area- check in. The room is decently sized so you shouldn’t feel too close to your neighbor. Didn’t feel the room was like burning hot, you’ll be ok- more like warm + some of your own body heat. I wouldn’t say it’s for beginners. Could be depending on the instructors or class maybe? You’ll have to be somewhat be experienced prior to know the call outs from the instructor as they won’t always be performing them with you. Not a bad thing but that’s just a down fall for someone whom may be new. Overall, I definitely will attend again!

see all reviewsClass was great! Jenn is a great and experienced instructor. She provided a full body workout and kept us laughing through the challenging exercises. This was my first time going to the JCC. It’s a bit confusing getting in the building. You need to ring the doorbell at the front, tell them you’re there with ClassPass, show your ID upon entry and sign in on a visitor sheet. It would be helpful if this information was listed here on ClassPass so others are in the loop and knew to bring their ID. That process takes a few minutes so give yourself some extra time upon arrival.
