The cues can be a bit hard to follow for beginners but Pam does a great job demo-ing when necessary and giving you individual attention when you’re lost — just tell her before class that you’re new so she knows to pay special attention to you :)

I find that most studios are a popularity contest but that’s not the case here- it’s truly about fitness, and I appreciate that. Her playlist is great too! 10/10 recommend!
