see all reviewsI really enjoyed this class. I would describe it as heated weight training but would be curious to try again and see if it’s similar every time or if other classes lean more barre/pilates.

see all reviewsThis was the best class I have taken so far in the PNW. The instructor was kind and hands on. The exercises felt appropriate to the class participants instead of overly difficult or gatekeep-y. I will book classes at this studio again.

see all reviewsThis is a great space and more people need to come try it out! They are still new so class was small, but I enjoyed it a lot. The perfect balance of half flow and half yin, holding poses for several minutes at a time. I left feeling refreshed and will definitely be back!

see all reviewsI enjoyed the class overall. It was fun and challenging. I felt that at times the weight loads were higher than necessary, and that it was really arm heavy, I.e. no foot work, planks, or bridges. Arms in straps on your back, then on the carriage reversed, then sideline arms and weights. Some teaser/core work with the arms and lunging, but I would have liked more stretching in between reps/variations and more varied bodywork. The class was small and both larger bodied women were put in the two back corner spots with the thinner women in front by the mirrors which felt… slightly dicey. Unsure if you can select your reformer if you book with them directly so I don’t know if that’s a reflection (literally/figuratively) of their relationship with bigger bodies, but it was something I noticed.

I appreciate the encouragement she gave me and didn’t shame me for not knowing certain movements. I’ll be booking again!
