    This was my first time at Barry’s and Sam + the staff were very welcoming! The format and instructions were easy to follow along if you’ve done other HIIT classes like Rumble Training and Grit Boxing. You start on either the treadmill or floor and switch. You’ll have ample time to grab your weights when you switch to the floor.
