    Didn’t expect to be doing inversions at an all-levels class so I immediately started feeling anxious and couldn’t even process basic instructions - I even managed to get my straps tangled in the beginning! However, Vicky had a calming presence and guided with patience despite my struggles. I did manage to do my first assisted handstand against the wall which felt really good and showed me there’s so much to learn and explore. I was looking for a class with a faster flow with the basic poses I’ve learned but I’ll stick to the foundational classes for now to rebuild my confidence.

    This gym is really comprehensive ! Has soo much equipment, everything you can think of and friendly staff. The women’s bathrooms are really nicely maintained, lockers inside, large changing room, and many shower stalls with hot water. Hairdryer and straightener there too. If you arrive before the gym opens, you might not see the entrance because the exterior doors need to open first but a phone call later and it was resolved. Yes you need to provide some of your details to sign a waiver (pretty standard), but the contract emailed to you mentions it’s just a once off class pass entry.
