see all reviewsLoved this class. Dayna was really thorough and supportive, encouraging us to really go for it but also listen to our bodies. We learned a number of different moves that ranged in difficulty which I loved. Will definitely be back even though it’s across the other side of London for me!

see all reviewsI really enjoy Steve’s lesson, a mix of kicks, knees, boxing, with almost no rest and a killer abs session at the end. Even though the class is pretty full he tries to give everyone attention. I enjoyed and I’ll go back! And regarding the gym, it’s quite small the area with the equipments, but the space for Muay Thai is good, as well as the bathrooms.
