The workout and vibes here are always amazing! I was so sore for days afterwards and felt super motivated by Tizana, the trainer, who always learns everyone’s names and pushes you individually, as well as in the group. Everyone seems to know each other and genuinely care for one another. Every time I want my butt whooped I come here. 😁

Really fun class! The class challenged me but Bonnie was encouraging and helped correct my form and also had a great balance of letting me do my own thing. Great experience for my first cross fit class!

Benny was great! Very welcoming and helpful. The class was challenging but not in an intimidating way and there were modifications offered for every move. The gym itself has a very community oriented vibe, with other gym goers working out in other parts of the large open space the class is held in. Very much enjoyed it and will be back :)

Fun, welcoming, and knowledgeable instructor in a super supportive dance class! Choreography was great for someone like me trying out contemporary dance for the first time. Warm-ups were also fun, as well.
