Bars and Bells gives you the opportunity to isolate muscles, lift heavier, and get toned. This class pairs really well with their metaburn sessions. Great gym!

It was a pretty tough nonstop with good combination of high and low impact cardio options and weight resistance training. Probably would describe the class I took as a little less than Boot Camp or across Fit type class…. I will definitely use credits to go back👍
