    This was my first visit to digme. It is a nice studio and the reception staff were very helpful and explained where everything was. The change rooms and toiletries are great. I came here because my teacher Rose told me about this studio. Rose is a fantastic teacher. I love her classes because they are playful and challenging. Please can you change this back to a level 2 class.

    Chest, Back & Abs - LIFT

    Chay is brilliant - he really made the workout challenging yet doable. He’s really enthusiastic and I liked that he demonstrated everything before which helped. The changing facilities are brilliant there and my post workout shake was delicious!

    Vinyasa Flow

    Really nice, gentle class, it’s a slow flow which is perfect to end the day. Daniela was really great, combining movements with readings. The studio was a pleasant surprise, beautifully done with a nice atmosphere. Highly recommended.

    Jacqui was amazing. She guided the practise well and the class was very accommodating to both beginners and intermediate. She was hands-on if you wanted to delve deeper into the poses - will definitely attend her class again

    Lovely receptionist, gym smaller than I expected but has everything you need. Very clean and nice equipment (though would be nice if has more assisted weight machines). Changing rooms and same gender sauna room is nice touch.

    Love the classes here, coaches are really friendly/-approachable/knowledgable and have a lot of time to help with your form/progression and it’s completely beginner friendly which doesn’t make you feel out of place. Really clean, modern changing rooms with all necessities you need, towels available. Good selection of snacks and drinks to purchase for after a work out too

    The Members Sessions: HSRS

    Great session, very personalised (there were only two people in class today!), Tamsyn is lovely and makes an effort to remember your name and corrects your form. Only downside is that class is a bit short and so I didn't feel pushed hard enough, but I'm going to try the other Strength Sessions as well to see how these exercises vary. Gym facilities in good condition, staff very friendly. Only thing is they don't lend padlocks - at least they said there weren't any when I was there - so remember to bring your own! Tl;dr: good personalised workout short enough to fit into a lunch break
