see all reviewsSuper fun class. For someone who likes to dance but doesn’t go out to clubs anymore it was great. I loved seeing different ages and body shapes all dancing. Very positive energy, loved that there are cubbies in the room, lots of space even in a decently full morning class, and the moves definitely would take a little to learn but nothing crazy that would be hard with a little practice. They also feature local artists in the lobby area which I thought was pretty cool.

see all reviewsAnne teaches a lovely yin yoga class. It was soothing and peaceful. Just what I enjoy before bed in a class. Her mindful practice includes a spoken journey which eases the mind and relaxes the body, while moving you through poses to open and heal. So thankful for her and this class.

see all reviewsI can’t rave enough about my experience at woowoo! Audrey was the most supportive teacher, the space was beautiful and clean, perfectly lit by a warm Sunday morning sun, and the class was a good mix of grounded intentions and balancing challenges.

see all reviewsTenley is a bright light. I am on my last day of a class pass trial and have been meaning to get to this studio for a class. This morning it was raining and cold and I had half a mind to stay in bed, but something told me to go and I am so grateful I did! This studio is in my neighborhood and instantly felt cozy and welcoming. It reminded me a lot of the neighborhood Brooklyn studios I used to go to in my NYC days- pretty space, a local feel, and most importantly a super genuine, warm teacher and co owners. The class itself was challenging and exciting- the element of music and keeping up with the beat added so much for me. This is a little fam I would very much love to hang with again. They have fun events and activities outside of class, and they seem to really foster a sense of community which I appreciate. I love arriving somewhere new and instantly feeling safe and welcome. This practice is such a great way to honor yourself with self care and love, and I felt very empowered after. Hands down would recommend, and by far my favorite Pilates class I’ve been to! (:
