It actually felt more like physical therapy, in a good way, challenging for both brain and body. I think it would be accessible for all levels of fitness, and useful for pretty much anybody.

The dances go fast and I could see how a newbie might get a bit discouraged, but I just rolled with it and figured as long as I was moving then I was getting a workout! see all reviewsAudrey is a wonderful human and yoga teacher. Felt very welcomed and also loved the community at Woo Woo~ That space is clean and cozy. There’s a second room specifically for meditation and sound baths events. I highly recommend this practice space as a beautiful respite and an owner and teachers who care. Can’t wait to come back when I’m in town!

see all reviewsI think this would be a great class to transition into Pilates if you’re confident in your strength and mobility, or already do similar exercises. The studio is lovely and everyone in the class was very kind. I don’t think I’d recommend it for true beginners like myself as it moves pretty quick and I didn’t have the strength to execute some of the exercises ( not much in the way of modifications). It’s not the class to jump into with no foundation , but I’d come back after I build up strength!

Great tips and instruction on form and I was sore almost immediately after. Far and away better than the other instructors I’ve had at this studio.
