    Full Body - Upper Focus (60 Minutes)

    Dan’s class was a perfect balance of challenge, motivation, and a killer playlist! Maybe it was because it was a small class, but we switched three times between the treadmills and the floor, which I had never done in a Barry’s class before. I loved it - it allowed me to push myself harder and it kept things interesting. Thank you, Dan, for your positive energy!

    Michael ran an incredible class today. It was awesome that everyone started on treads so the instructions were clear but also he spoke very clearly and was easy to follow. He even corrected my form and that never happens at Barry’s. During some of the floor exercise examples I couldn’t see him but it’s because of the way the room is setup.
