Recently, I resumed attending group Pilates classes, and I couldn’t be happier. The space is immaculate, with comfortable cushions covered by fresh towels, and the staff always offers drinks, adding a thoughtful touch. I generally do a lot of different training.. all I can say Shannon’s classes are amazing and I left the practice feeling great both physically and mentally. Shannon has great energy and personality, he is a great Pilates teacher, he explains the exercises very well and he modifies them accordingly to any injury you may have or to the fitness level you may be able to endure. I highly recommend his classes and I am definitely going to sign up for more!
