    The staff (especially Phil) was super helpful and pleasant. Great energy throughout the entire class. Music was blended perfectly. Well balanced workout. Great experience. Only thing that could use improvement are the showers. Very poor water pressure, low quality body wash and hair products, and not very clean. Ultimately, I would absolutely come back.

    Parking accessibility for the location is great. Delaney was very informative, patient, and encouraging. The class moved a little fast for me as this was my first time doing Pilates but I had a great time and feel as though I got a decent workout in. Will definitely rebook and visit.     Any class with Emma is going to be a great class! She works the entire room. Look up once and she’s in the front. Look again and she’s standing on a bench in the back.     SINGLE SIDED Saturday (Focus: Strength)

    Alexis is a great instructor and this workout proved she can do all things fitness. I’ve taken her classes as a boxing coach and now here with strength training. She worked the room in there this morning. She is attentive to everyone by constantly having her head on swivel to make sure you are doing your workouts correctly and safely! This is important to me as I’ve been at places that just let you do anything and don’t correct poor form!! That climber almost took me to Glory, but I made it. Very awkward this time around but I’m sure it’ll get better over time. Today was the single sided class and I did enjoy it overall. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be in terms of survival haha! The toughest part for me had to be the climber, not gonna lie. But overall love it here. Feels good to be back in this space with a new face lift.

    This is my first class with Sarah. It is a small size class, but it’s totally engaging. I moved from Boston to Charlotte and most yoga classes here focus on strength and hard core muscle training, which is far away from pure yoga, so this class is perfect for me as someone looking for yoga focusing more on stretching, flexing, core control and meditation. I really like the untraditional flows - Sarah tailored them a bit to focus more on flexing and muscle relaxation which are beneficial for people getting moderate exercise after work and aiming to improve their postures and muscles. Highly recommend the class and will come again!
