You completed 12 stations with four intervals at each station (two 45 seconds and two 20 seconds) with a short break in between each interval. We had a small class size of only 5 people but I would assume that is likely not the norm. I did miss the mirrors and dark atmosphere of other fitness studios however enjoyed the music selection. Will be back!

I hadn’t worked out in over a week, but I was able to make it through the entire workout with modifications. I absolutely enjoyed the live DJ/ playlist and the instructor was so nice and full of good energy. I would definitely go back.
