I always appreciate their attention to detail. They keep a close eye on you throughout class to ensure you are using proper form and have really mastered concise explanations & demonstrations so there is no confusion. It is especially helpful for those who are new to these types of workouts (ie barre, weightlifting, & using new equipment like TRX, SkiErg, kettlebells). I love the positivity and mindfulness that is intentionally sprinkled through their classes, not to mention the lights and upbeat music make it such a fun atmosphere
