Love that there’s at least two low impact weight lifting classes each week. It seems like most classes are HITT heavy which isn’t what I’m looking for, yet I still get a great weight workout with F45. Plus, the coaches are excellent- funny and motivating.

I absolutely loved this class. It was creative, had some more challenging poses yet still accessible, and the vibe/instructor was very uplifting.

60 Min. Tru Hot Barre (All Levels)

Trufusion is my absolute favorite studio in Austin. It is truly an incredible community to be apart of. Everyone is so friendly and you can tell the instructors really care. I always appreciate their attention to detail. They keep a close eye on you throughout class to ensure you are using proper form and have really mastered concise explanations & demonstrations so there is no confusion. It is especially helpful for those who are new to these types of workouts (ie barre, weightlifting, & using new equipment like TRX, SkiErg, kettlebells). I love the positivity and mindfulness that is intentionally sprinkled through their classes, not to mention the lights and upbeat music make it such a fun atmosphere

    45 MIN Kickboxing

The energy of the class depends on the other participants. I notice that the 5:30pm class is upbeat and kind of competitive, and the 6:30 pm class is a little more on your pace relaxed. I usually do both classes together, as each class is only about 45 min with warm-up and cool down combined. The worksouts are slightly different depending on the day and instructor. I am guessing there are about 30 punching bags. Classes do fill up fast, so book ahead of time. *Also come in early as there is this one bag #13 that's hanging lower and diagonally than the others, still funtuonal but weird. I bring my own gloves and wraps, but I think they have rentals too. No showers, but a restroom and little cubies to store your things. Ventilations is good, but I still prefer to stand close to the fans. The instructors are great welcoming and encouraging! They are easy going, never directly yell at you (in that weird fake postive vibe some gyms do) and they try to check everybody's form to make sure no one gets hurt and is doing the moves correctly. These classes have a pretty friendly vibe, great diversity in ages, races, etc. I think everyone is comfortable here, with no judgey people. I recommend this gym location for beginners to intermediate kickboxing lovers. So there is no contact/ no one-on-one sparring that I noticed on the schedule, so pro Kickboxers might not prefer this unless it's for the cardio. This will be my go to place for Kickboxing cardio. ❤️

    WORK. REST. REPEAT.

What a great class! Cara was a great coach and I appreciated she went around and checked everyone form and was very present (no being on the phone like some other gyms I have been at). Parking is super easy with huge lot. People were friendly and the space is great!
