    SCULPT (INFRARED HEAT)

The space was so cool and vibey. Playlist was fire. And Lauren was so positive and motivating throughout the whole thing. I never sweated so much during a workout ever but now I feel like I can conquer anything.

    Barre & Soul® Method Express

Class was energizing and exciting. I’ve never been to a class that has extensively used large resistance bands before, but I really liked it. I will admit that I wish the space had mirrors, and that the exercise use the bar more than it did, but I really did like the instructor and the exercise class.

    ZUMBA - Dance

Chela is awesome! She is such a charismatic Zumba instructor who makes class enjoyable and challenging. I’ve experienced my fair share of good and bad Zumba instructors, and Chela definitely embodies all of the good. Really liked this class. Lots of space and natural light in the fitness room. I’ve done Zumba many times before so it wasn’t too hard to follow along with minimal instructor cues. Zumba is all about moving and having fun so there’s no worry about getting all the moves right. Good music and energy all around.

CSX - CorePower Strength X (Glutes + Core)

Megan’s form cues and science were solid — you can tell she’s knowledgeable and intentional about what she says while leading class. She also provided space, without judgement or restriction, for us to make it more challenging or modified depending on what you needed (which was good for a mixed level group). Note: it’s not the most challenging class, so if you’re looking to break out major sweat and hit 2nd stage muscle — it’s less effective in that sense but it was honestly just the workout I needed for a Sunday reset on a fatigued day.

Super friendly and relatable instructor. She even did all the exercises with us, which I loved since many exercise instructors rarely let you follow along. Even then, she still spent time supervising the class and checking form.

Flow Foundations (for Beginner to Intermediate)

Lorraine did a great breakdown of Sun A, slow and methodical to start and ending up with a REALLY good challenge! I appreciate that she made sure we were safe and intentional with our form before picking up the pace. I feel like I built more strength in this class than in a lot of faster flows. Thanks Lorraine!
