60 Min. Soulful Sunday (All Levels)

Loved this class! The instructor was fantastic. Favorite yoga class I’ve taken from any ClassPass studio so far. I appreciated that the instructor continually encouraged folx to listen to their bodies. Also LOVED that there was a solid 10 minutes of stretching/cooldown/savasana, which most yoga classes try to cram into one minute.

    Hardcore 360-3X

360 class. Huge space. Gym studio is away from main floor and is private. No on lookers which I love. Andre is a great instructor. He gives you a whole body workout while pushing you to get that last two. He also comes around and corrects your posture which I truly appreciate to ensure we don’t hurt ourselves.

    Iyengar Yoga

Tony is a fantastic instructor who has a surgeon-like precise attention to form. Even in a class with many students, he makes many individual adjustments. As other have noted, his style of teaching is a unique counterpoint to the typical hippie-dippy "find your center" and "loving kindness" approach to yoga. There is a place for both, but if you want to emphasize improving your physical capabilities, Tony's class has a lot to offer.

Marcela’s class is definitely the most fun yoga class I have found in SF. Her flows bring a dance-like quality to the class combined with the awesome new tunes and sequences she curates every week…it’s definitely tough and hot but never boring. With her tips and encouragement I have been inspired to return regularly and built strength and flexibility I’ve never had before. Marcela is warm and welcoming for first timers/returning yogis like me because she calls out four levels of each posture very clearly. The dark studio made it easier to focus and hone balance I didn’t have after lockdown. I am so grateful for Marcela and Ritual and you will be too.

Studio is quite small but has all the props to use for class in another small room so you don't need to bring anything other than yourself and your water. No lockers but cubbies avail. Izzy used class time wisely and expertly guided us all through various poses, stretches, and breath work. You might hear some traffic noise throughout class since it is on street level separated by a door.

    C1 - CorePower Yoga 1

Most who take yoga know the basic poses but we go about with the moves forgetting the correct alignment to these poses. Melissa took time out during class to dissect the alignments to some of the basic poses. Was great to go back to the fundamentals and much appreciated!
