see all reviewsReally tough class, that’s why I love so much Bethany’s classes, you can challenge yourself as much as you want - if you want to taje it easy, it’s always an option, however, if you want to push yoursef towards your limits, it’s the perfect class for that! She gives detailed instruction, easy to follow, and her classes are never the same, so much fun!!

One thing to note that the dynamic flow class is quite challenging with inversions so not very beginner friendly but Echo was really helpful in providing modifications to get you started with some of the more challenging moves.

see all reviewsGreat class, could definitely feel the muscle work out. Different to Psycle style reformer but a good alternative and worth adding to the mix. Changing rooms have everything you could need! I can imagine it gets busy with the limited showers but it was fine for my 7am weekday class.

Cian had so much energy and took the time to correct form and boost morale when needed. Super supportive and fun-energy class that I’d definitely do again ! Couldn’t recommend more !!

see all reviewsWe were planning to participate in a cycling exercise session. As it was our first time, we arrived a little late as we couldn't find the entrance. Although they were explaining politely, when we finally changed and headed to the class, we were told it had already started and we couldn't join anymore. This wasn't explained beforehand. However, the lady kindly explained and suggested alternative options. We ended up joining another exercise session, which turned out to be perfect in every aspect - the exercise, facilities, and location. We promise to arrive early next time.
