    Location was a short distance from the train station but instructions on how to get there on their classpass and ig was super clear! Studio doesn’t have a toilet, nearest toilet is at the adjacent building, but they have really clean and aesthetic showers. Instructor was pretty clear in his explanation of the workout itself, I wasn’t too lost as a first timer. The regular at the pod next to mine was so encouraging with small talks in between the sets which I really appreciate!

    I’ve been to so many STILL classes, and I’m pleasantly surprised by Fai as he’s the only instructor who really explained each workout, technique, tips and correct form. He was also not preoccupied with being a DJ, although there was also top notch workout hits. It was an informative and a great session! Highly recommend to go for Fai’s classes!

    Having tried a few gyms in the area, I can say that this was the session where I felt like I got the most hands on coaching with proper attention to form. There were two coaches who were around to provide guidance, and I think this is how it should be at group classes, where I often see people powering through with bad form and little to no guidance from the instructors. Instructors here are fab, and know when to push you. The workout times for each set felt just right too. I really enjoyed my workout here, good strength sesh!

    Love Najwa. Very clear and detailed verbal cues, and is quick to notice provide adjustments to all her students — no easy feat in such a big class. I’ve read some reviews about her having a “bad attitude” but tbh I prefer her being direct and honest (like telling ppl off for playing with their phones during class!) over a lot of yoga instructors that put on this fake overly positive airy fairy persona. 10/10 will keep coming back.

    Cheyenne watches out for her clients (which is very thoughtful imo) - whether you’re physically okay or if you’re in the wrong form. She corrects your form if it’s incorrect and goes around the room to exercise with you (instead of just shouting some random motivating sentences). She’s bubbly yet firm, which is a good mix! She knows when and how much she can push you. She may be a new instructor but do not skip on her! Would defo attend her class again! 10/10

Her demonstrations of some slightly more complex poses (from a beginner's perspective) were clear, and she took pains to go step by step for the benefit of the newbies. It could be that the class was really small that day (only 4 attendees), but Jayne allocated personal attention to each one of us to ensure we were in the correct postures. Wonderful stretch on its own, elevated further with the inversion poses!

    First time trying the class and I found it really enjoyable. Movement is quite unique and the playlist was great! Great instruction and motivation from the trainer. Showers are at the basement in platinum fitness. Still extremely convenient.
