The instructor was also really nice and helped me get set up on my bike. The only thing I would say is that I wish we could have more time in transitioning, especially to yoga, because my heart rate was still very high from the strength portion, and it would’ve been better to feel more relaxed heading into something like yoga. Regardless, it was still a great experience and I would definitely come back!

Ivy was attentive, welcoming and motivating instructor. Since i was newer to kickboxing she was doing demos next to me so that i was able to see correct form up close and also followed up with me to make sure i am doing things correctly. The class size was small and intensity was high throughout. I got excellent cardio workout, some strides training, lots of core exercises and of course boxing.
