    Great, challenging workout as usual. I’ve been to other locations and a big pro of this location is the easy parking (garage nearby) and plethora of stores nearby if you want to kill two birds w one stone. However, I felt the people at the front desk were not very friendly or welcoming. They didn’t bother explaining where the lockers/changing rooms were, even after I let them know I was new to the location.

    Best spin class I've been to in a long time! This instructor is amazing. The music was great. It was an actual tough workout, not the usual over the top dancing stuff that they usually do.     It's a different type of class. Instructor was great. You do minute intervals on your mat, mostly core. It's the type of class for a wide variety of people and fitness levels. If you're a fitness freak, you may think this class is easy, but it's still challenging. He turns off the music to explain the exercise quickly and then turns on the music, and you do an exercise for a minute. Then same thing. Music off, new exercise explanation, 1 min exercise, etc etc

    I've taken at least 20 classes taught by Andrea the Greatest and have never had a bad class. She is consistently diligent and energetic. Not only does she change the routines, she always has new stories or comments to share. She must be an extrovert, which is usually annoying to me, but she is absolutely not annoying at all.     My first functional training class ever/first class at FPF and it was awesome! Vinh and John are both very approachable and friendly. The class is very well-structured. John offers individualized instruction and makes sure you’re doing all the exercises in right form and pushes you when needed. The gym itself is very clean and has all the essentials. I did the leg workout and hands out one of the hardest, most rewarding workouts. Something I wouldn’t have done otherwise on my own. Can’t wait to be back!

    Full body workout with a good mix of core, leg, and arm exercises. We did lots of mat exercises to warm up. The bands added resistance exercises and were easy to adjust for difficulty. Short bursts of cardio were mixed in with jumping jacks, burpees, etc. The instructor seemed really knowledgeable and paid close attention to form.
