    Soothing Nights

street parking was not difficult, and instructions to enter a secure building for the class were very clear. the space was clean and comfortable with plenty of equipment and props. this class was a nice way to wrap up a weekend and get ready for a good night’s rest before the start of a new week. hannah prepared candles and blankets for us, which i greatly appreciate! i felt safe to follow hannah’s instructions, which were easy to understand and also allowed freedom of movement, and i felt that i got both my mind and body stretched and massaged. the yoga nidra at the end was also very lovely. i drifted right into that space of consciousness between wake and sleep.

    Pole 101 Drop-In

This was my first ever pole class. Was a great experience in a supportive and non judgmental space. I was amazed just how much we learned in one class.

    Pole 101 Drop-In

Had such a great time in Ariel’s class! Great warm up, fun combos, good tips and instruction for the newbies. Would recommend wearing shorts and a bra/tank for some of the pole moves where more skin contact makes it easier.
