Hot Vinyasa Flow 45
see all reviewsAbs love love Lexi as an instructor, left her first class feeling stretched but definitely need different movements incorporated and more of a flow in the sequence would help! Easier movement to transition into to is key And not as repetitive movements- max twice, three to four times is too much, as there’s only so much time in a class, there’s millions of different positions to get into that need to be touched on. today was her first vinyasa flow class to teach though & she did great! 😄
