Danielle was awesome! I really appreciated that she made me feel welcome. She was also really good about going around to each station giving words of encouragement and correcting form. Really enjoyed it and will for sure be coming back!

    Cheer Fitness

Firstly, there is only one entrance to the gym from the outside. You check in with the front desk. To get to the cheer class, you walk down toward the green turf and you’ll see doors on the far right to the room where class is held. I saw a bunch of people getting lost. Women’s locker room is downstairs. Anyway, this class is definitely a challenge. You work up a sweat with all the cardio. It’s quite fun and Keiko is a very upbeat teacher. It’s follow-along style, so if you wanted a guided lesson with techniques explained, this is not the class for you. I am a fast learner so I enjoyed it

    Krav Maga - Level 1

The class was divided into halves. The first half of the class was cardio workout with combat moves. The second half was karv techniques. Both the instructors, Amit and Brenda, were extremely involved in mentoring each and every individual. They would review forms, styles, postures etc. to ensure you’re doing it the right way. Overall, the place had a great vibe too. Definitely going there again.

    Cardio Kickboxing

Eversley was a great instructor. Very funny and definitely gave us a great workout. The workout started off with some light cardio, then some bag and pad work, some sparring, and then bodyweight exercises to finish off. Great pace for beginners. They also provide gloves if you need them, but I recommend bringing your own for sanitary reasons.

    Intro to Kickboxing

Having gone to this class a couple times already, I love how each class is different and the instructor teaches new things every class. Sometimes the combos can be tricky, but it is never overwhelming and it is really gratifying to feel like I am improving. The small class size is a plus and the instructor isn't afraid to call out your technique if you are doing something wrong. Definitely recommend especially if you want to get better at kickboxing and Muay Thai!

    Beginner Zumba

Instructor was kind and fun and the overall vibe was nice! It was a beginner class, and a little different than what I was expecting in terms of challenge. Extra repetitive and easy to follow, but a good work out! Would recommend for first-time trying Zumba!

Christina is an exceptional trainer. Her focus on core strength, and full body workouts was outstanding. She was so pumped and ensured everyone matched her pace. She brings out the best out of you. Would recommend even to a beginner. Muscular soreness might be a thing after class if you haven’t worked out in a while

Intro to Kickboxing (MANDATORY First Class)

Would recommend! Coach Brian is excellent. He is very patient and makes sure everybody is using the right technique. In the Intro class, he walked through the punches, kicks, and knees in depth and taught us how to position ourselves. I have done some cardio kickboxing classes before but this class really helped me understand the fundamentals much better. I definitely recommend this for beginners! In terms of stuff to bring, I recommend bringing your own gloves and hand wraps if you have them. They will provide gloves if you don't have them though.
