see all reviewsReally lovely environment. It’s all about the right execution and the health benefits of Pilates here. The instructor was very nice and gave corrections throughout the class. I found the class a bit too easy, so it’s rather beginner friendly and I also saw they do offer more challenging classes :)

see all reviewsIt was fun. I got my butt kicked when I tried a Lagree class so wanted to try something similar but different. It was a good speed and the coach had good energy. There was no music or anything just the coach coaching us through the exercises and fixing our form if needed. It was different not having music but loved kinda the mutual grunts and giggles pushing through or finishing a rep.
