see all reviewsLana is a great instructor. She goes through poses pretty quickly, but there is enough repetition for you to understand what to do. I love how active we switch poses and stretch different areas of the body. Bonus, it was great to be in a hot studio in the cold mornings.

see all reviewsI arrived slightly late, Google maps had me at the building Nextdoor. But Devin was so gracious and allowed me to join in and offered me some grippy socks. The workout was challenging but manageable, I was sweating almost immediately. Next time I’m in town I’ll be back!!

see all reviewsFirstly, there is only one entrance to the gym from the outside. You check in with the front desk. To get to the cheer class, you walk down toward the green turf and you’ll see doors on the far right to the room where class is held. I saw a bunch of people getting lost. Women’s locker room is downstairs. Anyway, this class is definitely a challenge. You work up a sweat with all the cardio. It’s quite fun and Keiko is a very upbeat teacher. It’s follow-along style, so if you wanted a guided lesson with techniques explained, this is not the class for you. I am a fast learner so I enjoyed it
