Kundalini Yoga for Inner Alchemy with Yael
see all reviewsThe Center is such a magical, grounding space! This was my first time taking a yoga class here and my first time trying Kundalini yoga. Dayani is a wonderful instructor and she is a delight to learn from. Kundalini is quite different from your typical forms of yoga but I enjoyed it. It involves breath-work, meditation, chanting, and dynamic movement. It helped me to create more openness internally and loosen my body. After the class, Dayani offered to pour us some tea which was so lovely. I would highly recommend coming here for yoga, tea, community, or all of the above. I will definitely be coming back!

see all reviewsJane is an angel sent from above for us mamas and babies. it’s a great way to transition back into yoga after delivering six weeks postpartum. Majority of the moms have babies that are six weeks to about 4 to 6 months. Many moms stop attending once they have to go back to work. It is a great way to socialize in a very supportive community with other mothers who are in the same stage of life as you. We work on poses that we want to focus on. There is never any pressure for you and your baby to be perfect. Jane also offers hands-on assistance with your baby if they are getting wiggly and you would like to have time to yourself to practice yoga.
