see all reviewsThings I wish I knew coming here for the first time: the entrance is on the opposite side of the building from the parking lot (by an exit sign, but it’s also the entrance), bring your own towel. I don’t think there are showers but not sure. I wasn’t offered a tour or any info as a first time visitor here, but the treadmills were really nice.

see all reviewsBEST TEACHER EVER!!! How she racks three times more weight than all the men while pregnant with a smile on her face the whole time is so inspiring. I’m gonna miss her over her maternity leave. And I hope she gets a huge payraise when she is back because I have never seen a class she teaches where people don’t struggle to find a spot because the class is max capacity.

see all reviewsI did a drop in when visiting my daughter in LA. The owner was incredibly personable and welcoming. Indeed, I felt like a member not just a casual visitor. The equipment options are excellent including dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, cable machines and all the other “goodies” a solid functionally oriented gym should have. The training staff is spot on and their clients were engaged and appropriately challenged ( Yes, I can assess this as a PT with 35 years of experience in sports and orthopedics.) If I lived in the area I’d definitely sign up. I’ll come back the next time I’m in town.
