    Outdoor Class (50 min)

Class was slower pace and great for beginners to follow along and really get the correct position down. Good class for your first time. A great focus on form and understanding the mechanics. Really appreciate the individual attention with use of the machine. A great cardio workout for low impact. Perfect for the knees.

Great workout- very challenging but they have a lot of good alternatives. It seems like people in this class are in above average shape which is great if you’re looking for something to push you. I don’t recommend as a beginner class. I will definitely be back again!
