    Katelyn is one of the best instructors when it comes to spin/indoor cycle. Her classes are consistently challenging and different. Her drills make sense so you never feel like your just spinning your wheels. I can always count on a good sweat whenever I take one of Katelyns classes.

    Great workout- very challenging but they have a lot of good alternatives. It seems like people in this class are in above average shape which is great if you’re looking for something to push you. I don’t recommend as a beginner class. I will definitely be back again!

    Pilates and Barre

    This class was supposed to be 60 minutes and was only 30 minutes. Also, I recommend that weights and / or stretch bands be used for arms. The arms exercises were weak. Lastly, I recommend that the level of the class be spelled out. This seemed like a class suited to less fit people.
