    Appreciated the warm up, especially given it was 6am. Seems like the microphone/sound system was just a bit off bc it was hard to hear his instructions in the beginning of the class. Good workout! Strong core section, my husband wishes he had his abs, you can tell he doesn’t skip any reps.

I was scared I wouldn’t know what to do or get lost but Matty was was so attentive and made sure I knew what I was doing and wasn’t lost the entire class (since I was a first timer ) all the staff is super welcoming and extremely nice :) I really enjoyed it and will definitely be back !

    It was my first time taking Rachel, and I absolutely loved her class! She’s extremely kind and welcoming to everyone. Rachel is great at interacting with students from start to finish. Her routine was so much fun. Every single block flowed into the next. She chose such effective moves for each series. Her divided up her full range, pulses and holds perfectly. I’m tempted to buy a class pack with Define. Rachel made my experience with Define fantastic.

    Sophie was so kind and welcoming! I appreciated her knowledge and gently helping me correct my form. She also was very understanding and supportive of any modification I needed as I am just getting back into physical fitness, and have various health issues and prior injuries I’m recovering from. I got lucky as I guess her usual regulars were not at the small group class and it ended up being just me present. I felt like I was getting a personalized one on one instruction! Thanks so much Sophie and to your facility. I am definitely considering going back and maybe booking their consultation for the rehab/ physical therapy portion, as I think that could really benefit me with my recovery and activity goals.
