see all reviewsI enjoy classes here. Including this one! However, Several of the mega reformers are old and in need of replacement. With uneven, worn out cushion made for an uneven base during our leg series which made my knee joint unstable, as weight was excessively distributed back and forth from the arch of my foot to the edge of the foot. Considering the cost of classes here. I’m hoping to see some new reformers soon.

see all reviewsIt was my first time taking Rachel, and I absolutely loved her class! She’s extremely kind and welcoming to everyone. Rachel is great at interacting with students from start to finish. Her routine was so much fun. Every single block flowed into the next. She chose such effective moves for each series. Her divided up her full range, pulses and holds perfectly. I’m tempted to buy a class pack with Define. Rachel made my experience with Define fantastic.

Haley constantly walks the room and gives hands on adjustments if needed. She also does a great job incorporating modifications if students find the move a little difficult or want to spice it up a notch. This was not unique to her, this is every Lagree class. Also please ask before hands on form corrections. I don’t mind them but I like to be asked first. Great workout overall & instructor was nice.
