    The infrared lighting is so soothing, Chloe is great, walking around and giving good corrections to have the right form, even though class is full, she’s really aware of all of us and what we’re doing. Good music and good challenging workout.

    Probably my favorite Instructor ever. She was down to earth, genuinely engaged with the students, And clearly invested in the outcome of each person who attended. I did wish there were a couple of moves in this class that show up in most classes, even just for a couple minutes: plank to pike, and standing adductor/squat skate, because there's no way to do those effectively without a reformer, I would always prefer those over working with a bungee cord

    This place is awesome! The classes are great and this is my second time with Riley. I love that the gym is right near the beach and in the middle of everything. The class itself kicked my butt, but not in a way that I didn’t enjoy it. Riley kept up the pace and made it a fun session!
