see all reviewsThis was such a core engaging and challenging class! I’d say it was targeted towards Intermediate/Advanced level, although there were a lot of modifications provided. It’ll have you pushing yourself towards the limit and targeting those areas that always need a little something extra 😉. This was my first time at the studio/taking a LagreeRed class, but Chloe L was so helpful in her instruction and guidance. Definitely felt as though my full body was targeted and I put on a sweat! 😅 I’d recommend trying it out for yourself. ✨

Her moves can be done by beginners but she provides amazing modifications for you to take it to the next level if you want!! Her flow was amazing and i never was confused about what we were doing, she gave great direction. The music was also amazing and kept the vibes 10000/10!!! Most definitely my favorite instructors there!
