    VIRTUAL RESTORE: yin yoga

Great class, very relaxing and restorative. Used lots of props and were given options to either go deeper or go easy during class depending on what you were looking for. Taina was welcoming, said hello to everyone who joined and asked for requests at the beginning. Lots of great meditations and guided breathing throughout class. Would recommend!

Yoga that feels exactly like yoga. Long holds. Deep. Divine! Jonathan is just a mind blowing guide and his voice puts you in a magical state in the savasana. Highly recommended! Thank you to Soul of Yoga creating such a cosy space to do yoga at ???

Insanely good, felt like I am in India, challenged so badly from the outside and on the inside!!! Got antsy in the middle of the class already and then went deeper and deeper. Thank you Carolina for teaching yoga this way ??

    Vinyasa Flow

Beautiful, well-rounded class that went beyond the physical poses. Kelly provided clear cues to guide us through a creative sequence that was challenging, yet accessible. Layered within the physical poses was the real yoga teaching, with a nuggets of prompts and insight to facilitate taking the practice deeper on and off the mat. Loved the collective Aums + chanting at the end. This is what I’ve been looking for in a Vinyasa class.
