see all reviewsJosue was awesome! His cues were perfectly timed both when he faced the mirror and when facing the class. I appreciated that he showed the steps at low energy a couple of times then full energy after. He made it easy to follow the routine. He also encouraged that we modify movements that were difficult for us. I highly recommend taking this class!

see all reviewsLove coming here when I can! I was on the hunt for a good Open Gym session in the SDSU area. Got what I wanted! Plenty of machines, free weights, cardio equipment, and a good number of squat/bench racks. Bathroom is very tidy, happy they have showers available. It might be smaller than a big corporate gym, but there is no crowd whenever I go which is AMAZING. They also offer InBody scans, definitely thinking of purchasing a reading in the near future. Will be a regular here!

see all reviewsWent for open gym. It’s a very standard facility and will get the job done if you’re looking for a straight forward workout. No bells and whistles here but I was able to use the machines I needed without issue and get in and out because it was relatively empty aside from the fitness group classes. A lot of the older people from the community seem to frequent here too. Nice to see ppl of all fitness levels. Nice staff as well.

Intro to Bouldering
