Great spot gym was solid for an average lifter. , parking in the structure is a bit of a hassle if you’re not used to city parking. Guests are only allowed to park on the fourth floor or up, you enter on the ground floor, lots of turns!

Love coming here when I can! I was on the hunt for a good Open Gym session in the SDSU area. Got what I wanted! Plenty of machines, free weights, cardio equipment, and a good number of squat/bench racks. Bathroom is very tidy, happy they have showers available. It might be smaller than a big corporate gym, but there is no crowd whenever I go which is AMAZING. They also offer InBody scans, definitely thinking of purchasing a reading in the near future. Will be a regular here!

Went for open gym. It’s a very standard facility and will get the job done if you’re looking for a straight forward workout. No bells and whistles here but I was able to use the machines I needed without issue and get in and out because it was relatively empty aside from the fitness group classes. A lot of the older people from the community seem to frequent here too. Nice to see ppl of all fitness levels. Nice staff as well.

    Intro to Bouldering

It's special to get to be outdoors. There is a lot of care and thought put in to create an accepting atmosphere. I find climbing intimidating and I felt safe to be a learner. Definitely worth visiting and supporting a person living their dream, offering their unique talents to the community.
