Minimal weight needed, modifications available for low, medium, and high impact for all moves. Will definitely take this again!

see all reviewsIntense! My ass was def kicked. I think if you want to get strong, fast, agile and learn a bit of self defense this is a great class. Is this a good class for beginners? Only if you’re willing to push push push yourself. I personally do not like feeling like I’m punishing myself with exercise, so this wasn’t for me. That said, the instructor is very encouraging, very nice, and will challenge you (which is a great thing imo) to always do your best.

The gym was really spacious. Everything was clean, including the bathroom. And the reception person Jaylin was lovely and very welcoming!! the work out was fantastic and I can’t wait to go back!!!
