I’m still searching for a yoga class that goes a bit slower… many of the classes I’ve done (even slow flow) you move quickly from one breath to the next and I’m hoping for something a bit more relaxed where you slowly move between poses. The music was a bit loud for my taste, but that seems to be how most studios go. Overall, a lovely little spot!

see all reviewsJo is very sweet and passionate! It’s my first glass and she helped a lot with correcting my movements, sharing her experience with barre. The class arrangement helped exercise almost every muscle. Probably will feel very sore after this. Will try more of this.

see all reviewsThe instructor was great. I took the CP reformer Flow 1 class. It was a good beginner class. I didn’t know what to expect, and although I didn’t feel like I got a workout in by any means, I felt like I got a great stretch and a good understanding of some of the moves that they do, while being able to focus on correct posture and technique to prevent any injuries.

Anne focused on my movements and walked me through technique for several different workouts without weight so I didn’t hurt myself. Still feel sore the next day but in a good way! I didn’t overdo it and I learned so much.
