see all reviewsI love Liilu's teaching, but for this particular class I didn't quite feel like the structure and the sequence of things worked well. Not enough warmup at the beginning for some of the deep poses we did, not enough time at the end to slow down and do finishing/calming poses.

see all reviewsI loved the attitude of inclusion in the class. Seemed to be a mix of 30-60 year old women and a few of their preteen daughters. The instructor started out saying that we didn’t have to follow her moves. I was comfortable going at a slower pace than the class but still got a good workout and didn’t feel awkward. Hip-hop music and fun atmosphere!
