    What an awesome new studio. I love what theyve done with the space. Theres lots of hot yoga studios around but theres only a couple Ive been to that have the heat this high (unless you go to bikram, of course), which is what I like! Only complaint is that they dont offer hot power flow classes often enough. Would love to see more after work options during the week.

    Cori is the nicest guy ever, so welcoming and so friendly. You literally do not stop moving for 60 minutes so definitely not for people who havent exercised in ages. Its beginner friendly but not for those who dont regularly exercise because you are constantly working.
